1. Order Confirmation

After placing your order, our customer service team will contact you between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM to confirm your shipping details and ensure a smooth delivery process. Please keep your phone available during this time.

2. Delivery Time

  • Cairo & Giza: Orders are delivered within 2 working days.

  • Other Cities Across Egypt: Delivery within 5 working days.

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely and secure delivery of your items.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees may vary depending on your location and the size of your order. The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been confirmed and shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email to monitor your shipment.
