At Luxor Premium Coffee, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy below.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

  • If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return (see Refund Policy below).

2. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Returns: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within two days of receiving your order.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Perishable items (such as ground coffee or coffee beans that have been opened) cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within five business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within [X] days with photos of the issue.
